Our client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • SHS Graduate, Bachelor's Degree or completed 2 years in college (depending on the account's qualifications)
  • With at least 1-year of International BPO Experience (voice)
  • Our client also accepts at least 6 months of experience
