
Customer Service Specialist

As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers navigating the rollover experience. You will provide expert guidance through various communication channels such as chat, emails, and phone calls.
You will become an authority on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry developments.
Effective communication with financial institutions and employers is crucial in resolving customer transactions. You will work closely with these stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions.
In addition to transactional support, you will contribute to our knowledge base by synthesizing customer feedback and sharing insights with the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience in account handling US 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, or KYC outreach (voice) experience, or equivalent background in a financial CSR position.
- A vocational degree or college degree.
- Experience working at a BPO is a plus.
- Experience working in the financial services industry is highly valued.
- Fluency in English with a neutral accent.
- A strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools.
- The ability to work flexible hours if necessary to resolve customer issues.
