Job Title: CSR For Healthcare Account

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR for Healthcare Account, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls in a proactive and customer-focused manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent in any field
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems
  • Good command of the English language, including excellent enunciation and grammar
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a CSR for Healthcare Account will include:

  • Handling inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
