About Us

Onsolar is a fast-growing solar energy company with offices in Coron, Siargao, Boracay, and Makati. We deliver solar energy systems nationwide and are now expanding into the government sector.

We are hiring a PhilGEPS Project Acquisition Consultant who will handle the entire government bidding process from start to finish.


Role Overview

This role is strictly commission-based. You will only be compensated with a percentage of the project value after Onsolar receives payment from a successfully awarded project.

No salary. No retainer. Experience is a must.


Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end handling of PhilGEPS projects: from monitoring opportunities, preparing documents, and joining pre-bid conferences to actual bid submission and award compliance.
  • Maintain and update all PhilGEPS Platinum and procurement compliance documents.
  • Work with Onsolar's technical and finance teams to prepare accurate bids.
  • Coordinate with BAC Secretariats and ensure compliance with RA 9184.
  • Track and follow through until project payment is secured.

Qualifications
  • Proven, hands-on experience in PhilGEPS bidding (minimum 2 years).
  • Must have personally joined and handled pre-bid conferences and government bidding processes.
  • Strong understanding of RA 9184 and procurement rules.
  • Self-starter, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Existing contacts in government procurement/BAC is a strong plus.

Compensation
  • Commission-based only.
  • Paid as a percentage of the project value once the project is won and payment is collected by Onsolar.

Work Setup
  • Remote / Work-from-home.
  • Flexible schedule; presence required only when attending pre-bid or BAC meetings.
