Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Close deals and projects through in-depth product presentations and customized proposal.
  • Provide costing and project bundles that are beneficial both to the client and the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from leads generation to closing, closely overseeing the projects from pre-implementation to post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver projects on time .
  • address client concerns and challenges effectively to maintain satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in advertising or similar industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel)
  • Nice to have: experience in online procurement or bidding platforms e.g., PhilGEPS is a plus
