We collaborate with brands worldwide to create impactful strategies through social media and KOL/KOC management. We are expanding our international team and are currently looking for a talented Mid-Level KOL Specialist (Global) to join us.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative KOL Specialist to strengthen our global influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies for global campaigns.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with both local and international KOLs/KOCs.
  • Negotiate contracts, coordinate campaigns, and oversee content reviews to ensure alignment with brand requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing both local and global KOLs.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced remote team.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • A portfolio is required. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
