Overview Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist Employment type: Full-time Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas Responsibilities Be part of cross-functional teams to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management. Gather market insights, monitor performance, manage timelines, and assist in executing go-to-market strategies to drive success across the portfolio. Execute go-to-market initiatives for new and focused products, including developing product literature, updating website content, PowerPoint slides, launch packets, and weekly website updates. Track key metrics such as monthly product sales and gross profit vs. targets, discontinuation reporting, project timelines, and surface actionable insights using Profit Optics and BI tools. Support sales teams by answering product-related questions, providing cross-reference data, and coordinating with sourcing or brand teams and vendors. Assist product managers with reporting, product information, and analysis to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals. Conduct market and competitor research, collect user feedback from sales teams or KOLs, and identify growth opportunities for the assigned portfolio. Participate in cross-functional teams (segment marketing, digital marketing, brand, data management, finance, sourcing) to ensure timely project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field Background in healthcare operations , systems, or services Hands-on experience in business intelligence , reporting , or data analytics Familiarity with product development processes , particularly in healthcare or technology solutions Your Daily Tasks Product Lifecycle Management for assigned products across US, Canada and the UK, including updating item master data in NetSuite, running sales and profit reports in Profit Optics, and maintaining the PIM tool weekly. Develop go-to-market literature and provide content updates for the website, presentations, and launch packets; perform weekly website updates. Monitor performance metrics, measure standardization success, analyze data, identify substitutes for discontinued items, and derive actionable insights from Profit Optics and BI tools. Assist sales with product questions from customers, perform data lookups on the PH website or ERP, coordinate with sourcing or brand teams, and provide cross-reference data for competitive items. Support product managers with reporting, product information, and analysis to aid in strategy and roadmap development. Conduct market and competitor research and gather user feedback to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet commitments to customers, stakeholders, and the company.
