Production Equipment Maintenance

  • Scan the On/Off job correctly in the system.
  • Ensure all machines, applicators, and tools are properly maintained based on plan monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annually.
  • Attend machine, tools, and electrical troubles reported by production.
  • Consistent daily checking of Air Compressor using check sheets.
  • Issuance and retrieval of machine daily check sheet every 1st day of the month.
  • Report all problems encountered to the respective Leader or Manager that can cause delays and discrepancies, such as:
  • Machines, Tools, and electrical problem
  • Lubricating oil, Grease, Rugs, and other related items needed.
  • Follow standard Quality procedures and Standard operations by ISO.
  • Consistent daily report making.
  • Issued Tools are properly kept and accounted for.
  • Proper wearing of uniforms and issued PPE.
  • Performs good housekeeping (5S Activities).
  • Complies with assigned shift schedule and render overtime when needs arises.
  • Perform special activities before all daily routine work done
  • Participates and cooperates in any company activities and events.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: Auto electrical/mechanical, Technician, Practical electricity or with a High school diploma depending on work experience related to the position.
  • EXPERIENCE: At least experienced in lubricating machinery, basic diagnostic or troubleshooting, basic repair of machines, and electrical. Or On-The-Job training related to the position.
  • Good written and oral communication, can interact with production Leaders or Supervisors.
  • Can work in any shift and under pressure.
