Job Summary:

Conducts administrative services and technical requirements of the building premises and its occupants. Performs tasks related to construction projects, renovations and civil works from planning up to completion. Provides cost estimates and monitors progress of all phases of the project ensuring all legal guidelines and safety requirements are met.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient building operations by implementing technical services including conduct of preventive and corrective maintenance of the building premises and related machineries.
  • Ensure continuous service of utility supply including water and electricity to avoid interruption of services. This includes television and PABX telephone system.
  • Monitors cleanliness and orderliness of the building facility and its premises.
  • Coordinates with external contractors and monitors activities for construction projects, renovations and other civil works.
  • Ensure implementation of security measures to ensure safety and security within the building premises.
  • Attends to tenants concerns related to building administration and maintenance services.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed/Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil/Construction/Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with work experience; Newly Board Passer(s) will be considered.
  • Knowledgeable in CADD and 3D Rendering Applications
  • With technical maintenance skills in Industrial, Electrical and Mechanical  involving motor controls and other equipments
