Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products across various channels. This position requires proficiency in graphic design, social media management, and product content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Plan and execute ads and posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Manage Meta Business assets and ensure consistent, brand-aligned content.
  • Produce creative photo, video, and graphic materials with engaging captions.
  • Run social media campaigns (raffles, launches, events).
  • Build TikTok presence with unique content; coordinate with E-Commerce.
  • Supervise the Multimedia Artist for quality and alignment.

2. Community Management & Partnerships

  • Respond to messages and comments across social channels.
  • Moderate Facebook groups and encourage community growth.
  • Track and analyze posts from influencers, athletes, and partners.
  • Create and manage sport- or brand-focused online communities.

3. Coordination with Other Departments

  • MPD: Align campaigns with product arrivals and launches.
  • RSOD: Support underperforming stores and promote key products.
  • E-Commerce: Coordinate ads and campaigns for Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales and inventory reports to assess ROAS.
  • Analyze engagement and campaign results to improve strategies.

5. Brand & Content Development

  • Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and clubs for content.
  • Monitor and report on engagement from sponsored and partner posts.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

● Prior experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or sports industry.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in social media management platforms and Microsoft Office suite.

● Enthusiasm for sports and a passion for the retail industry.

● Familiarity in badminton brands such as Yonex and Li-Ning is an advantage.

● Connections with badminton coaches and courts are a huge advantage.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

● Amenable to work in Parañaque City, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

Additional Requirements:

● A portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media content creation skills is required.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

● Passion for marketing and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
