  1. Meet the occupancy targets set in the Annual Operating Plan through

· Implementing marketing activities for the target market

· Be the single point of contact for all inquiries through email, telecommunications, walk ins or any other means

· Processing of the related tenant contracts required

· Establishing strong tenant relationships for customer satisfaction

  1. Prepares, formulates and presents for Management approval all business related initiatives per below

· Revenue Projections

· Market Studies and Conditions

· Marketing Plan

· Rental Rate Review

  1. Implements and reports on the progress and performance measurement of all approved Management initiatives

  2. Prepares and reports on all established Key Performance Indicators at the monthly Business Review meeting

  3. Prepare the Annual Operating Plan for Management approval covering Revenue, Occupancy and Collection targets for assigned properties

  4. Coordinates with all third party vendors providing services in the property assigned covering Housekeeping, Security and Construction areas

  5. Negotiates and processes tenant contracts in compliance with Contracts Management procedures

  6. Ensures compliance to internal policies in the general administration of the property

  7. To represent J&JPTC in property related matters within the community

  8. Supervise the following personnel who report to the position
