The Sales Representative – Trade Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong business relationships with retail customers, resellers, and distributors in the assigned trade territory. The role involves regular store visits, account management, lead generation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure excellent service and fulfillment. The Trade Sales Representative is expected to achieve sales targets while promoting product visibility and availability in trade channels.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  1. Identify and develop new trade accounts including wholesalers, sari-sari stores, and institutional buyers.

  2. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  3. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activity.

  4. Promote and sell company products to both new and existing clients in the trade segment.

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Maintain positive relationships with retail and trade customers by addressing their needs and concerns

  2. Provide after-sales support and ensure timely response to inquiries and complaints.

  3. Educate customers on product usage, pricing, and promotions.

Operational and Administrative Duties

  1. Submit accurate sales reports, daily route coverage updates, and market insights.

  2. Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with agreed payment terms.

  3. Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
