Job Title: OJT – IT Department

Location: South Caloocan

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Intern (OJT) who is eager to learn and support the IT department in maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with network and software-related tasks. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in IT operations and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Provide support in maintaining and configuring computer systems and networks.
  • Gain exposure to different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office applications (Microsoft Office, email clients, etc.).
  • Help implement effective solutions for technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments on projects and daily tasks.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge-sharing, and team projects.
  • Stay open to learning new technologies and adapting to new challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work effectively with a team and adapt to different environments.
  • Willing to work in South Caloocan.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
