Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to help implement specific initiatives with Digital

Technology. The ideal candidate should have strong project management background and

communication skills, both oral and written, and is able to build good working relationships with internal clients.

Scope of Work:

  • Research and creates technical requirements for Service Management Integration with

various platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, M365).

  • Gather, draft, review, edit and publish procedure guidelines and advisory for varied

audiences with regards to project scope

  • Create easy to understand user content and standardize technical content for Service

Management.

  • Researches and creates guideline and advisories related to system integrations.
