Qualifications & experience

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine land surveying laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Attention to detail and precision in data collection and analysis.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, land contours, and relevant topographical features using geodetic instruments such as total stations and GPS equipment.
  • Accurately measure distances, angles, and elevations to create detailed survey maps.
  • Determine property boundaries and prepare land survey reports with clear legal descriptions to resolve land disputes or for construction permitting purposes.
  • Verify land titles and ensure adherence to legal requirements and property regulations.
  • Assist in the layout and staking of construction projects, ensuring that structures and infrastructure elements are built by approved plans and specifications.
  • Provide accurate data for site preparation and foundation work.
  • Verify construction accuracy by comparing constructed elements to survey plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment and compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure that surveying activities comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to mitigate risks associated with fieldwork and surveying activities.
