Quantity Surveyor

Modular Majestics, a fast-growing design and build company, is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source and provide accurate cost estimates for all Civil, Structural, and Architectural components of construction projects.
- Prepare detailed quotations and tenders for various projects
- Prepare quantity take-off for civil works based on schematic plans
- Prepare bill of quantities and bill of materials
- Source suppliers and subcons for different items and update company masterlist regularly
- Assist in documenting all necessary information in all phases of the project
- Assist in the procurement administration of the project, including managing project budgeting, cash flow, cost control, claims processing, contract payments, and final account settlement. Maintain proper documentation throughout.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Quantity Surveying Department.
- Aid in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other relevant documentation for Civil, Structural, and Architectural Trades.
- Price Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, evaluate billing, and perform cost analysis.
- Monitor changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Coordinate with various departments in the completion of the construction projects
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by superiors on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related course. Both licensed and non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year experience in project estimating and budgeting within the vertical/horizontal Construction Industry.
- Knowledge and experience in Interior Fit out projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other related Software/Tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost estimates, quotations, and documentations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, resilient and works well under pressure
- Proactive in identifying possible project issues and provides sound and logical solutions that will benefit clients and the company
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing requirements and responding to challenges
- Time management and organizational skills
- Highly collaborative and able to coordinate and work with various departments to complete tasks
- Integrity and ethical behavior to maintain transparency in all transactions
- High conscientiousness and receptivity to feedback, open to learning and improving oneself
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
