Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taytay, Rizal for Maintenance Support Staff. The Maintenance Support Staff will be responsible for performing administrative and technical support to the Maintenance Supervisor by encoding job order, updating and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and handling related documentation to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow within the maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in encoding job orders, updating and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and preparing related documentation.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth workflow in the maintenance department.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to track job progress and update task completion records.
  • Help organize and maintain files, reports, and maintenance logs for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in monitoring spare parts requests, issuances, and stock levels as needed.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned to support the overall efficiency of the maintenance team.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as support workers and possessing strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and practices
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical Support skills, especially in Automotive is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role or related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
  • Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
