Job Title: IT Technical Support

Location: Main Office – South Caloocan City (initial work assignment), future deployment at Balagtas, Bulacan

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Technical Support with at least 1 to 2 years of experience to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The role requires someone residing near Balagtas, Bulacan, who is willing to be assigned at the Head Office in South Caloocan for 2 to 3 months (with allowance) before deployment to Balagtas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and applications.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal IT performance.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining network connectivity and security.
  • Support in setting up computers, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Maintain IT documentation, service logs, and asset inventory.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of IT technical support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and basic networking.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Residing near Balagtas, Bulacan.
  • Willing to be assigned at South Caloocan for 2–3 months (with allowance).
  • Willing to be deployed at Balagtas, Bulacan after assignment.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
