We are seeking a proactive and resourceful IT Support Engineer to provide hardware and software support to our internal stakeholders. This role involves maintaining the company's IT systems, resolving technical issues promptly, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and a strong background in IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for operational requirements, system administration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, and communication devices.

  • Maintain and upgrade company computer systems and IT-related devices.

  • Support and maintain video conferencing systems.

  • Analyze IT systems and infrastructure issues, propose solutions, and support business needs in line with strategic goals.

  • Source and evaluate IT services and solutions to meet organizational objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, procedures, and policies in line with company requirements.

  • Liaise with purchasing officers, vendors, and suppliers for IT equipment procurement.

  • Manage endpoint protection to safeguard all corporate devices.

  • Tag and register all IT assets appropriately.

  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience.

  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SharePoint (PowerApps, Flows, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience in procuring IT equipment.

  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and technical skills.

  • Ability to address business needs and manage stakeholders effectively.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
