Strategic Lead
To drive key initiatives and unlock new growth opportunities within the real estate sector. This pivotal role works directly with the Executive Director to translate our vision into actionable plans and expand our market presence. Proactive and resourceful leader with a strong strategic mindset and a proven track record in business development, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's trajectory. This role requires someone who has demonstrated ability to work effectively as a sole contributor, taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality results independently, while also being a strong team player who can collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Assist the ED to develop, refine, and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the ED and leadership team on strategic progress.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and relationships on behalf of the ED.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other critical documents for ED meetings and reports.
Leadership Support:
Act as a trusted advisor to the ED, providing insights, recommendations, and support on critical business decisions.
- Manage and prioritize the ED's agenda, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Represent the ED in meetings and external engagements as needed.
Business Development & Growth
Market Expansion & Growth:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships within the real estate sector.
- Assist in the crafting of comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Negotiate and structure complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and identify new opportunities.
