About the role

A Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers over the phone (inbound or outbound) to promote products or services, identify customer needs, and close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with potential and existing customers
  2. Present, promote, and sell products or services using strong product knowledge and communication skills
  3. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  4. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
  6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

What we're looking for

  1. Must have 24 months of experience in BPO handling Sales Account
  2. Proven experience in a call centre or customer-facing sales role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  6. Enthusiasm, resilience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Must have a laptop or desktop for virtual interview
