Position Summary

Immuni is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Social & Community Manager (Brand Steward)
to strengthen our digital presence and community engagement. This role blends content strategy, community management, and influencer collaboration, offering the opportunity to represent a proudly Filipino wellness brand online.

As the Social & Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and publishing content across platforms, engaging with our digital community, supporting influencer collaborations, and ensuring that all online interactions uphold our premium wellness brand voice. This role is ideal for someone who understands Filipino digital culture, thrives on collaboration, and cares deeply about storytelling and authentic community building.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Publishing

  • Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Viber.
  • Write engaging and brand-aligned captions for lifestyle and wellness content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent, premium visual identity.

Community Management

  • Serve as the brand's voice by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and community feedback to refine tone and approach.
  • Build meaningful connections with online communities that align with Immuni's values.

Micro-Influencer Collaborations

  • Identify and collaborate with authentic Filipino creators and wellness advocates.
  • Manage deliverables, consistency, and alignment of influencer-generated content.
  • Support affiliate and partnership initiatives with digital creators.

Insights & Brand Stewardship

  • Track engagement metrics and community sentiment, sharing insights with the ads team.
  • Provide recommendations to strengthen organic-to-paid strategy.
  • Uphold and protect Immuni's brand voice and identity across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in social media or community management.
  • Strong understanding of Filipino digital and online communities.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for wellness, health, and lifestyle-driven content.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Tools.
  • Experience collaborating with creators or managing influencer campaigns.
  • Basic content creation or mobile editing skills.
