Piano Course Pro is scaling fast, and we need a visual storyteller who can turn scroll-stopping ideas into gorgeous, data-backed creatives.

What you'll create:
Format - Static Image Ads
Static Image Ads Meta & display campaigns 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1920, 1200 × 628
YouTube Thumbnails 8–12 %+ CTR targets 1280 × 720, bold text, high contrast
Four fresh concepts per week:

• 1 static-image set (all aspect ratios)

• 1 thumbnail design

Your weekly flow:
30-min Zoom — fast brief / feedback.
Competitor swipe + mood-board — justify each hook with real examples or data.
Draft copy + visual mock-ups in Canva / Photoshop (brand kit provided).
Rapid iteration — update within 24 h when I give direct notes.
Final layered assets (PSD/PNG/JPEG) ready for upload.

Must-have skills:
Photoshop & Canva power-user (or Illustrator/Figma a plus).
Punchy copywriting: headlines & CTAs that sell, not just look pretty.
Mobile-first eye for hierarchy, colour contrast & legibility.
Ultra-clear English communication — WhatsApp/Email replies within a few hours.
Speed & discipline: hit 24–48 h turnarounds and follow my directives exactly.
Comfortable dissecting competitors & explaining why a creative will win.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience with music / e-learning brands.
Simple motion-graphics chops (text or element animation).
Proven track record scaling cold-traffic ads.
