About the Role

We are launching a series of long-term exhibition projects (includes 20 and more exhibitions creation). Each exhibition includes large-format panels, designed visuals, and short motion-based videos.

We are looking for a full-time Graphic & Motion Video Designer who can go beyond standard B2B 2D layouts. Every panel and video should be visually engaging, theme-driven, and dynamic—designed to capture attention, spark curiosity, and hold visitors long enough to think and reflect.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design A0/A1 exhibition panels with strong visual storytelling.
  • Create motion design/video elements (short thematic animations, transitions, loops).
  • Collaborate with curators and content writers to ensure visuals align with exhibition themes.
  • Deliver unique, attractive designs that communicate clearly with general audiences.
  • Adapt designs for both print and digital exhibition formats.
  • Maintain project deadlines and high production quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years professional experience in graphic + motion design.
  • Strong portfolio showing both static exhibition/large-format design and motion/video work.
  • Excellent command of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret complex themes (science, history, culture) into accessible visuals.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
  • Remote working experience preferred.
