Responsibilities
  • Create and design graphics for ad sets, email campaigns, display ads, social media posts, websites, landing pages, e-book covers, and more.
  • Develop visually engaging decks, infographics, lookbooks, and project templates that enhance internal documents and proposals.
  • Edit and iterate on existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, and adding text overlays.
  • Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and project specifications.
Requirements

Must-haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Has experience working on Graveyard Shift
  • Ability to work in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Adobe for video editing (After Effects, Premier Pro)
  • Experience working with early-stage startups is nice to have
  • Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
