People Fulfillment Officer / Associate

Work Location: Makati (mostly Work-from-Home, some office days may be required)

Work Setup: Remote, with possible work on weekends or holidays if needed

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Job Type: Full-Time, Regular

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive People Fulfillment Officer / Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and assess top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role also involves continuous improvement of recruitment strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Develop role criteria, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
  • Devise and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Source and identify prospective candidates through job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and other channels.
  • Assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments.
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate final interviews.
  • Conduct job offer discussions and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners to expand the talent pool.
  • Lead projects to improve the people fulfillment process and recruitment strategy.
  • Generate accurate reports, analyze recruitment data, and implement actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Management, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably as a Recruitment Associate or Recruitment Specialist, handling both volume and executive search.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Target-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data processing and analysis using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a headhunting or recruitment firm is a plus.
