About the Role The Customer Service Manager leads the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient handling of customer enquiries, complaints, and order deliveries. The role focuses on driving service excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting management through data analysis and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage daily customer service operations and monitor service KPIs. Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Handle complex customer issues and build strong client relationships. Analyse service metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve issues and support business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in customer service leadership (preferably FMCG or retail). Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
