We are seeking a talented and driven R&D Manager who creates innovation plans and technical strategies for its own function by recommending and creating policies/procedures, programs, and resource requirements

Working Set-Up:

» BGC, Taguig Office | On-site

» Work Schedule: May have an option to choose from 7am-5pm, 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm

What we're looking for:

» 10 yrs in manufacturing; experience in food packaging development; experience in people leadership (owns hiring, coaching, performance).

» End-to-end commercialization: Led multiple launches from concept → pilot → line trials → commercial normalization, with timelines, budget, specs, and post-launch stabilization.

» Line & equipment literacy: Filling/capping, FFS, sterilization/pasteurization/retort where applicable, labeling/coding, case packing, palletization

» Food safety & regulatory: Hands-on with Philippine FDA food-contact and labeling basics (and export equivalents), HACCP/GMP alignment, change control.

» Innovation pipeline: Demonstrated record of light-weighting, mono-material/recyclable designs, quick changeovers, and format simplification.

» Leadership & cross-functional: Team builder - Recruits, develops, and mentors packaging engineers/designers; sets roadmaps and KPI dashboards (OTIF, cost, quality, sustainability).

» Stakeholder command: Direct, effective communication with R&D Product, Quality Assurance/Manufacturing, Marketing/Procurement/Sales, Finance; runs risk reviews, stage-gates, and go/no-go decisions with clear exec updates.
