Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, captions, stories, reels, etc.) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage daily social media operations: posting, scheduling, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and style in all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (store staff, design, sales) for marketing needs and content creation.
  • Support communication materials (announcements, newsletters, online/offline collaterals) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not strictly required).
  • Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
