What You'll Do:

  • Be the key liaison for our partner banks
  • Negotiate rates, fees, rebates, and secure winning agreements
  • Support exciting co-branded campaigns with Marketing & Sales
  • Track performance, analyze ROI, and prepare financial reports
  • Stay on top of market trends and spot new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in finance, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven bank negotiation & stakeholder management skills
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation confidence, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and/or Google Workspace
  • Location: Head Office - Kapitolyo, Pasig
