What's The Gig?

In this role, you'll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that's engineered for the future of marketing. You'll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
  • Support contract preparation and documentation for vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with legal and accounting firms on compliance and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Excel, with attention to data accuracy.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and payment tracking, including invoice reconciliation.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel coordination, office procurement, and document filing.
  • Plan and support company events, team outings, and internal initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update the National Holidays calendar for each market.

What we're looking for

  • Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields such as Human Resources, Public Administration, or Supply Chain from a recognized institution in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities; able to juggle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel; capable of using formulas, filters, and basic data organization tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a structured and proactive mindset.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work well within and across teams.
  • Comfortable working with evolving processes and taking initiative when needed.
  • Able to handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
  • Eager to grow and take on expanded responsibilities as the company evolves.
  • Bonus: Mandarin proficiency for vendor/client communication (Malaysia only)
  • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You'll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
