We are currently seeking a
Hiring Supervisor
who is experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy. Capable of leading regional deployment operations. This role is critical to driving operational excellence in field staffing, retail execution, and store compliance across leading retail partners including Watsons, SM Department Stores, and regional distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Support:
Manage the full hiring cycle for Beauty Advisors in assigned regions — including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating documentation, and facilitating onboarding. - Agency & Partner Coordination:
Serve as the main contact for manpower agencies, ensuring they deliver qualified candidates, complete requirements on time, and meet agreed service levels. - Deployment Management:
Plan and track BA deployment in alignment with approved headcount plans, store openings, and promotional campaigns. Ensure accurate and timely placement across Watsons branches and other retail accounts. - Onboarding & Compliance:
Oversee the completeness of pre-employment requirements, contract signing, and Watsons onboarding procedures to guarantee smooth start dates. - BA Discipline Monitoring:
Monitor BA daily performance and compliance issues, including IR (Incident Reports) and NTE (Notice to Explain). Coordinate with manpower agencies for necessary disciplinary actions, termination, and timely replacements. - Regional Stakeholder Alignment:
Work closely with Area Operations Managers and ground team leaders to understand manpower needs, address urgent gaps, and provide regular status updates. - Process Improvement & Reporting:
Collect feedback from field teams on agency performance and deployment execution, highlight recurring issues, and recommend process improvements to ensure efficiency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, field deployment, or HR coordination, preferably in retail, FMCG, or manpower agency management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with agencies, operations teams, and retail partners.
- Knowledge of end-to-end hiring workflows, onboarding requirements, and retail store deployment processes (Watsons experience a plus).
- Familiarity with employee disciplinary processes (IR/NTE) and coordination with agencies for proper resolution.
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment.
