Job Summary

A Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen. You set up and maintain your station, follow recipes and presentation guidelines, and help ensure smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock your cooking station before service (prep ingredients, tools, supplies).
  • Prepare food according to menu items: chopping, marinating, cooking (grill, sauté, fry, etc.).
  • Follow recipe standards, portion sizes, and plating/presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and equipment.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance (storage, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention).
  • Restock ingredients and supplies during your shift.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to deliver orders promptly and accurately.
  • Help with opening or closing duties for your section as needed.
  • Communicate any issues (equipment malfunction, supply shortage, wrong orders) to supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
