We're Hiring: Conflicts Management Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conflicts Management Supervisor to lead our conflicts identification and resolution processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and expertise in managing complex conflict situations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

What You'll Do
Supervise and manage conflicts identification and resolution processes

Develop and implement conflict management policies and procedures

Lead and mentor a team of conflicts analysts

Conduct thorough conflict assessments and risk evaluations

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in conflicts management or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field preferred
