Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role supports data analysis, reporting, and business process improvements while serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and the analytics team. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and passionate about solving business problems through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, SQL, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Support business process reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business process flows.
  • Contribute to the automation of reporting and data workflows.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of business process improvement methodologies
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel, or SAC
  • Basic knowledge of financial metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and ROI
  • Experience with workflow automation tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
