Job description:

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conducting financial analyses and providing insightful recommendations to management
  • Supporting the implementation of new accounting systems and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with BIR Filling
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance and Accounting departments as needed

What we're looking for

  • Open to FRESH GRADUATES with Experience in Journal Entries and BIR Compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably within the technology industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
