JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (group of upscale restaurants)

Work Location: Cebu

Salary: Depending on work experience, duty meal, uniforms, leaves

Work Schedule: 5 days/week

QUALIFICATIONS:

●Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program in HRM

Two (2) to three (3) years experience, preferably in the same industry

Articulate both verbally and in writing, enjoys meeting and

talking with diverse people, and works well in a team

environment.

Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and able to prioritize tasks

efficiently with limited supervision.

●

Quick to recognize and resolve issues, takes direction well, and

learns new procedures swiftly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

●

Ensure that teams uphold the brand's highest standards in

demeanor and presentation.

●

Inform immediate supervisors of any critical concerns regarding

the team.

Monitor the progress of staff supervisors and ARM's

development.

Report team performance to immediate supervisors and

recommend solutions.

●

●

Familiarize himself with departmental immersion, systems and

procedures, and key results areas in the following: financial

management. Guides his subordinates on their responsibilities

related to this.

Ensure a high-quality dining experience through attentive

service, prompt resolution of complaints, and maintaining a

clean and welcoming environment.

Ensure that PMS of store equipment and facilities are scheduled

on time and properly maintained to reduce unnecessary expenses.

Prepare for potential health inspections from the municipality and

coordinate with the Admin department on inspection reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
