We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Staff member to assist with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, office supplies, and ensure smooth office operations, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answer calls, greet visitors, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and organize files.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and handle mail and packages.
- Communication: Coordinate with departments, assist managers, and send internal/external communications.
- Data Entry: Update databases, perform data entry, and track key information.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Additional Duties: Assist with basic accounting, HR tasks (onboarding, employee records), and other duties as assigned.
