We're looking for an HR GENERALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Male or Female
at least Bachelor's/College degree/Business Administration or equivalent
Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruiting plans, screen applicants, facilitate hiring, and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, conduct reviews, and assist in performance improvement and development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll and benefits, handle employee inquiries, and ensure plans are updated and compliant.
- Policy & Compliance: Create, update, and enforce HR policies, ensure adherence to labor laws, and manage compliance training.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to foster a healthy work environment and increase employee satisfaction.
- HR Systems: Maintain employee records, and contribute to the development of HR strategies and processes.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the company's operating region.
- Compliance: Ensures the organization adheres to legal requirements and internal policies, minimizing risk.
- Oversee Operations: monitors and adheres concerns both operations and Admin.
- Managing Partners: Support and adhere all concerns, related to managing partners
- Admin Task: Helps with administrative duties for the company
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to work effectively with employees and management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Operational Efficiency: Manages the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
- Employee Support: Provides a first point of contact for employees needing assistance with HR-related issues.
Agencies Partners: All transactions with the partners agencies shall adherea to and communicate including contracts, policies, rules, and regulations, concerns etc.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
