JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in the related field.
- Graduate with a degree in engineering, business management or any related course.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team management and leadership skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Attention to detail even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Prepare day-to-day schedules of technical and logistics services personnel
2. Monitor movement of GCHI goods to various destinations. This refers to delivery to customers, pick-up and other GCHI activities that will require transport
3. Prepare trip tickets, weekly schedule of service technicians
4. Prepare proposals to customers and schedules for the Service Group
5. Prepare monthly service sales/reports
6. Preparation of Order Transmittal Sheet for Service Group
7. Check the necessary trip documents-invoice/ delivery receipts, payments/ PO authorization letters, etc
8. Monitor e-mail inquiries from customers
9. Prepare Estimate Sheet
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
