Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
  • Assist in daily coordination of service and maintenance schedules for technicians.
  • Monitor and track project progress, preventive maintenance, and service requests.
  • Ensure timely processing of work orders, job tickets, and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams regarding parts, tools, and resources.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of service logs, downtime reports, and operational data.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Support compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Customer Support
  • Handle incoming customer calls and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and escalation.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding service schedules and completion.
  • Assist in addressing customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Administrative Functions
  • Support operations in inventory management (spare parts, tools, consumables).
  • Process billing, purchase requests, and other operations-related paperwork.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or administrative support.
  • Fresh Graduates with related experiences can apply
  • Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
