We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist who will play a critical role in our talent acquisition strategy, particularly focusing on crowdsourcing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for placing job ads, reviewing candidate applications, moving candidates through the pipeline, and working collaboratively with other sourcing specialists, the sourcing manager and the sourcing director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Ad Placement: Create and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates for crowdsourcing projects.
  • Candidate Review: Screen and evaluate candidate applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Move candidates through the recruitment pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sourcing specialists, the sourcing manager, and the sourcing director to ensure alignment and effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering their questions and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress within the recruitment system.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Agency Partnerships:
    • Identify and evaluate potential external agencies or sourcing partners to support large-scale or specialized recruitment efforts.
    • Negotiate pricing and partnership terms with agencies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
    • Manager relationships with partner agencies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, particularly in a crowdsourcing environment, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiant and communication skills, with the ability to manage external partner relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools as well as familiarity with job boards and social media platforms.
