The National Sales Manager (senior role) is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies nationwide to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets. This role oversees all Route-to-Market channels, including General Trade, Modern Trade, and distribution networks. The position requires strong leadership to manage a large sales organization, build customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth for the company's products in the Philippine market.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry in a senior sales capacity, managing the entire country.
  • Strong background in managing General Trade, Modern Trade, and distribution channels nationwide.
  • Proven leadership in managing large sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willing to travel extensively nationwide.
