Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager in the automotive industry. The role is based in Metro Manila. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and leading a sales team, preparing and managing budgets, and driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the region.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning to define goals, strategies, and measure success
  • Expertise in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships
  • Proven Sales skills, with a history of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including Budgeting
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive or lubrication industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
