Job Summary

The National Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to grow ZOLL's business across the country. This person will use strong sales management experience to increase sales and margins, expand our presence in existing accounts, and win new customers. The goal is to meet or exceed all revenue and performance targets.

Essential Functions

  • Lead ZOLL Medical to become the top provider of resuscitation solutions in the market.

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities.

  • Achieve revenue, pricing, and market share targets.

  • Demonstrate and promote company values, ensuring the team is aligned.

  • Develop the sales team so each member can reach their full potential.

  • Recruit, manage, coach, and evaluate sales team performance.

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.

  • Prepare and present accurate order and sales forecasts.

  • Ensure proper weekly sales reporting and monthly reports to management.

  • Make sure the team follows CRM and reporting processes.

  • Create and implement strategies that meet market needs and adapt to new selling challenges and opportunities.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

  • Extensive experience selling in the healthcare or relevant market.

  • More than 5 years of direct sales and people-management experience.

  • Strong record of winning market share with premium or high-value products.

  • Experience growing new or emerging medical technology markets.

  • Experience selling complex systems or solutions to large accounts with multiple decision-makers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to account management.

  • Effective interpersonal and team management skills.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical and technical information.
