Position Summary:

We are looking for a Company Nurse to join our Diagnostic Clinic in Cubao, Quezon City. The role ensures the health, safety, and wellness of employees through effective medical care, health monitoring, and compliance with occupational health standards. The Company Nurse will also provide clinical assistance and administrative support in daily clinic operations.


Scope of Work:
  • Administer first aid treatment and provide emergency care to employees.
  • Maintain and update medical and health records in accordance with DOLE requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of health and safety programs within the workplace.
  • Support medical and diagnostic services, including patient screening and coordination with attending physicians.
  • Facilitate annual physical exams, vaccination programs, and health campaigns.
  • Monitor employee health conditions and ensure compliance with company health policies.
  • Prepare and submit health-related reports and documentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the clinic at all times.

Core Functions:
  1. Clinical Care & First Aid – Provide immediate and proper medical attention to employees.
  2. Health Monitoring & Record Management – Maintain accurate medical data and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
  3. Wellness & Safety Advocacy – Promote employee well-being and preventive healthcare initiatives.

Core Competencies:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • With BOSH Training for Nurses (Occupational Safety & Health preferred)
  • At least 1 year of clinical or occupational health experience (Diagnostic or corporate clinic experience is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate in dealing with employees and patients
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE and DOH occupational health standards
