Scope of Work:

The Pharmacist will ensure safe, effective, and ethical dispensing of medications, compliance with regulatory standards, and promotion of patient health through proper medication management. The role involves oversight of the clinic's pharmaceutical operations, stock control, and support for diagnostic and medical staff in ensuring proper drug utilization.

Core Functions:

Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and counsel patients on proper medication use.

Maintain up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and ensure proper storage conditions.

Monitor drug expiry and handle returns or disposals in compliance with DOH and FDA regulations.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Support doctors, nurses, and medical technologists in pharmaceutical-related concerns.

Prepare and submit periodic reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Provide excellent customer and patient service aligned with clinic standards.

Core Competencies:

Licensed Pharmacist with active PRC registration.

Solid knowledge of drug classifications, contraindications, and side effects.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of pharmacy laws, DOH, and FDA regulations.

Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
