Scope of Work:

The X-Ray Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role ensures proper handling of radiographic equipment, patient safety, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Core Functions:

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations as requested by physicians and ensure accurate image capture.

Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain optimal radiographic results.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray and related imaging equipment.

Follow radiation protection protocols and ensure patient and staff safety.

Keep detailed records of imaging procedures and patient data.

Monitor and maintain supplies, consumables, and cleanliness in the imaging area.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical technologists for diagnostic accuracy.

Ensure compliance with DOH, FDA, and radiation safety regulations.

Core Competencies:

Licensed or Certified X-Ray Technician with a valid DOH or PRC license.

Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, anatomy, and imaging techniques.

Proficient in operating X-ray and diagnostic imaging equipment.

Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and patient care skills.

Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and clinic protocols.

Experience in a diagnostic or hospital setting is an advantage.
