It fundamentally changes how people connect from anywhere, at any time, on any device. About the Role Order management refers to the process of receiving, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders. The Order Management Analyst is a key player in ensuring the seamless processing and fulfillment of orders. The role involves managing order workflows, collaborating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, streamlining processes, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective order management. Responsibilities Order Processing: Receive and review orders, ensure accuracy and compliance with pricing and contractual terms, enter orders into the system promptly, collaborate with sales, customer service, and other teams to resolve discrepancies, handle various order types, and monitor customer accounts to prevent escalations. Workflow Coordination: Monitor order queues and workflows to ensure smooth progress from entry to fulfillment, proactively identify bottlenecks or delays, and take corrective action. Ad‑hoc Tasks: Assist the team with ad‑hoc activities such as case dispatching when required. Order Tracking & Communication: Deliver high‑quality sales agreements, maintain accurate Salesforce (SFDC) records, work closely with Deal Management on order entry, and coordinate with Billing on billing inquiries originating from order entry. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline order management processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements and automation. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all order processing practices adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry regulations, and maintain accurate documentation of procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. At least 2 + years of related work experience. Proficiency in billing and financial software; experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving mindset with proactive issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis. Willingness to work a night shift or rotational schedule.
