Recruitment specialist focuses on finding and hiring top talent for an organization. They manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening:Identifying potential candidates through various channels, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Interviewing and Selection:Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring.
  • Hiring Process Management:Coordinating interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Employer Branding:Promoting the company as an employer of choice and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Strategy:Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Data Analysis:Tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or recruiter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
